What do you need from me?
Your site address and a temporary administrator account. Server access helps for the PHP, database and cron checks but is not required.
Will the check affect my learners?
No. The checks only read settings and content; nothing on your site is changed.
Is the fee deducted if I order an upgrade?
Yes. If you order an upgrade within 60 days, the $199 is deducted from its price.
How are broken links and SCORM packages checked?
With Broken Link Scanner, the plugin I build, which also reads links inside Storyline, Rise and Captivate packages.
