What happens when the year ends?
Your subscription renews automatically and a new licence key is emailed to you. If you cancel, the Pro features switch off at the end of the year you paid for. The free edition and all your Moodle data stay as they are.
Can I use one licence on several sites?
A licence covers one Moodle site, including all its users and courses. Each further site needs its own licence. For a test or staging copy of your site, contact me.
My Moodle site is moving to a new address.
Email me with your order number and the new address, and you’ll get a new key for the rest of your year at no cost.
Can I pay by invoice or bank transfer?
Yes. Ask for a quote with your organisation’s details; the key is sent as soon as the payment arrives.
What if it isn’t right for us?
Ask for a full refund within 30 days of buying or renewing, for any reason.
Does any data leave my Moodle site?
No. LearnMetrics runs entirely inside Moodle, and the licence key is checked on your site without contacting anyone.
