Licences, renewals and refunds
What do I get when I buy?
A licence key for one Moodle site and the download, emailed as soon as the payment is complete. Paste the key into the plugin’s or theme’s settings to switch on the Pro features. Updates and email support are included.
How do yearly licences renew?
Yearly licences renew automatically, and a new key is emailed at each renewal. You can cancel at any time; the Pro features then switch off at the end of the year you paid for, and your Moodle data is kept.
Can I get a refund?
Yes: a full refund within 30 days of buying or renewing, for any reason. See the refund policy.
Who processes the payment?
Orders are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, which handles payment, tax and invoices. See the terms of service and the privacy policy.
Can I pay by invoice or bank transfer?
Yes. Ask for a quote with your organisation’s details; the key is sent when the payment arrives.
