These terms apply to the paid plugins sold on biruh.org, such as LearnMetrics Pro (“the software”), by Biruh Alemnew (“we”, “us”).
Our reseller
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
The licence
- A licence covers one Moodle site, at the address given when buying, for one year from the date of purchase.
- It renews automatically each year at the price shown when you bought it, unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will tell you before any price change applies to a renewal.
- Some products, such as the Biruh theme, are also sold with a lifetime licence: one payment for a key that never expires, with one year of updates and support. After that year the key keeps working, and updates and support can be renewed.
- When a licence ends, the paid features switch off. The free edition and your Moodle data are not affected.
- The code is licensed under the GNU GPL v3 or later, as Moodle requires. The licence key, updates and support are what you pay for, and they may not be shared with other sites.
- You can move a licence to a new site address, for example when your Moodle site moves, by contacting us.
Updates and support
While the licence is active you get every new version and support by email at biruh@biruh.org. We aim to reply within two working days.

Warranty and liability
We test the software carefully, but it is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Keep backups of your Moodle site. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in the last twelve months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you buy or renew applies to that purchase.
